Learn how to set up VPN access to securely connect to BetterHealth systems when working remotely.

What is VPN?

A Virtual Private Network creates a secure encrypted connection between your device and the company network.

When to Use VPN:

• Working from home or remote locations
• Accessing company files outside the office
• Using public Wi-Fi networks
• Accessing shared drives and internal systems

Installing VPN:

1. Go to portal.betterhealth.com/apps
2. Download BetterHealth VPN Client
3. Run installer and restart computer
4. Launch VPN client

Connecting:

1. Open BetterHealth VPN Client
2. Enter your email and password
3. Enter MFA code
4. Click Connect

Best Practices:

• Always connect before accessing company resources
• Disconnect when finished to free capacity
• Never share credentials
• Keep client updated
