Software Installation Guide

Learn how to install approved software and manage applications on your work computer.

Company Software Portal:

Access approved software at portal.betterhealth.com/apps

Available Applications:

• Productivity: Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Notion
• Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom
• Security: VPN Client, LastPass, Duo Mobile
• Development: Visual Studio Code, Git, Docker
• Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud

Installation Steps:

1. Log in to portal.betterhealth.com/apps
2. Browse or search for the application you need
3. Click Install next to the application
4. Follow the on-screen installation prompts
5. Restart your computer if required

Request New Software:

Need software not in the portal?

1. Submit a request via IT Support ticket
2. Include: software name, business justification, cost estimate
3. IT will review and approve within 3-5 business days

Important Notes:

• Only install software from the official company portal
• Unauthorized software installations may violate security policies
• Keep all applications updated through the portal
• Contact IT if you encounter installation errors
