What Happens After You Report
- Acknowledgment: You'll receive confirmation within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: HR or appropriate team will investigate thoroughly
- Confidentiality: Your privacy will be protected to the extent possible
- Resolution: You'll be updated on the outcome (as appropriate)
- No Retaliation: BetterHealth strictly prohibits retaliation against reporters
Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger:

Protection Against Retaliation
BetterHealth prohibits retaliation against anyone who:
- Reports a concern in good faith
- Participates in an investigation
- Opposes discriminatory or unethical practices
If you experience retaliation, report it immediately to HR or the Ethics Hotline.
