Paid Time Off at BetterHealth
BetterHealth provides all full-time employees with generous paid time off to rest, recharge, and attend to personal matters. Regular full-time employees accrue PTO based on years of service, starting at 15 days per year for new hires and increasing to 20 days after 3 years and 25 days after 7 years of service. PTO can be used for vacation, personal appointments, or any reason you need time away from work.
We encourage employees to use their PTO throughout the year to maintain work-life balance. Unused PTO rolls over to the next calendar year up to a maximum of 40 hours (5 days), and you can check your current PTO balance anytime in UKG. To request time off, submit your request through UKG at least two weeks in advance for planned absences. Your manager will review and approve based on team coverage needs.
